Finding the right sized Buddy for your boobs!
Our bodies go through tremendous change while pregnant and nursing, which is why we designed Buddy to give a little extra under bust Oomf to those experiencing frustrations or challenges with their breastfeeding positioning.
-Consider a Buddy for extra support if your nipples are below the blue line in the image above.
-Do you hold your breast while feeding? The Buddy may help you!
-Are you nursing two babies at once? The Buddy may help you!
-Do you have a tubular breast shape where your nipples face down? The Buddy may help you!
-Is your breast tissue thin or loose? The Buddy may help you.
Use your current bra cup size along with our sizing chart to help determine the best size Buddy for you.
Breast sizes and shapes can change during a single feeding session and they can also change significantly throughout your feeding journey.
There will be situations where you may be on the cusp of 2 different sized Buddy’s. You may find that having 2 different sizes will enable you to get the full support when you need it as you fluctuate or change in size.
Please note: cup sizes are based on AU standard sizing.
Nipple Elevation
The nipple elevations in this illustration can assist when finding the right sized Buddy for you in the sizing chart above.
If you are on the cusp of two different sized Buddy's and your nipples are sitting between the 40 to 90 degree angle range, consider the larger sized Buddy of the two.
