At Breastfeeding Buddy, we are committed to ensuring the best possible experience while using our product. That is why we offer full exchanges on our Breastfeeding Buddy’s within 14-days from purchase for anyone requiring a different sized Buddy.

We understand people may have received our products as a gift outside of the 14-day exchange window. If this is the case, we would love to accommodate your exchange. Please email exchange@breastfeedingbuddy.com.au and one of our team members will help you.

In the unlikely case your item is faulty or damaged, please email us at exchange@breastfeedingbuddy.com.au and we will accommodate an exchange.

We cannot accept returns for products that are not wanted.
