- If your Buddy gets sweaty, milky or fluffy from your diaper bag, give it a wash!
- Between feeds simply rinse with water (cold, warm or boiling).
- Safe to use in the steriliser (both steam and UV).
- Wipe your Buddy dry and keep it protected in the free cotton canvas drawstring pouch provided.

Use your current bra cup size and unaided nipple elevation along with our sizing chart to help determine the best size Buddy for you.
Breast sizes and shapes can change during a single feeding session and they can also change significantly throughout your feeding journey.
There will be situations where you may be on the cusp of 2 different sized Buddy’s. You may find that having 2 different sizes will enable you to get the full support when you need it as you fluctuate or change in size.
